| 摘 要： | 课程政策与课程运作之间有着天然的内在关联。课程政策对于课程运作的诸环节,即课程决策、课程设计、课程实施及课程评价,发挥着前提、基石、保障和标尺的作用。建立合法、合理、合情的课程政策,从健全体制、完善组织、重视技术三个维度入手,方能保证课程运作机制转变成为一种可能,保证课程改革平稳、有序推进。
