| 摘 要： | 构建和谐校园是高校参与和谐社会建设的首要任务，高校院系的和谐是校园和谐的基础，因此，院系级党组织必须把和谐院系建设放在工作的突出位置，不断提高领导和谐院系建设的本领，为构建和谐院系提供坚强有力的政治保证，在构建社会主义和谐校园过程中发挥更重要的作用。

| Abstract: | To build a harmonious campus is the primary task in the colleges＇involvement in the harmonious society construction. As the harmony of the schools is the basis of the harmonious campus, therefore, the department - level organizations need to work on building harmonious schools the priority. The school＇s party organizations are supposed to improve ability to construct the harmonious schools and give strong support to it. They can play the more important role in the construction of the harmonious campus. |
