| 摘 要： | 课程改革是教育领域中一个永恒的话题 ,课程改革经常遭到作为改革实践者教师的阻抗。阻抗的因素是极其复杂的 ,本文着重通过对体育教师的调查研究 ,找出成因 ,寻求对策 ,从本质上消除这些阻抗的因素 ,确保体育教学改革的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | The course reform is an eternal topic in the educational field,however,it often suffers from the reform practitioners' impediments (that is,the teacher's impediments). The factors of impediments are extremely complicated. According to the investigations based on the sports teachers,this article makes an attempt to find out the basic causes of the impediments' formation and to seek the effective countermeasures to ultimately dispel the factors of the impediments from essence and to ensure the implementation of the reform in sports education. |
