单板U型场地滑雪运动员运动性心理疲劳的产生及应对措施

摘    要:为系统研究单板运动员在训练或比赛中出现的运动性心理疲劳现象,采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对我国单板U型场地滑雪项目运动员运动性心理疲劳的现状进行了调查研究。结果表明:我国多数单板滑雪运动员在训练中均出现了心理疲劳现象。其中环境因素和训练因素是导致运动员产生心理疲劳的重要原因;而注意力疲劳、情绪不稳定则是心理疲劳的主要表现。为此,针对单板滑雪运动员运动性心理疲劳产生的原因,提出了包括科学训练、心理辅导和营养补充等应对措施,促使运动员恢复心理健康,从而提高训练质量。

Abstract:With the methods of documentary information and investigation,the paper analyzes the athletic psychological fatigue of Chinese half-pipe snowboarders.The result shows that the majority of snowboarders had a psychological fatigue in training,the important reasons relate to the environment factor and training factor,the main phenomenons are low attention and emotional instability.Therefore,aiming at the reasons causing their athletic psychological fatigue,it suggests the countermeasure including scientific training,psychological guidance and nutritional supplement for improving their psychological fitness and training effect.
