网络时代中国旅游饭店发展研究

摘    要:网络技术为人们创造了一个虚拟社会,在这个社会里派生出许多新的商业模式、贸易方式以及新的生活方式和管理理念,它正改写这个社会的竞争规则,它不仅促成了贸易的全球化,而且催生出管理的无国界。旅游饭店作为旅游业的基础产业,理所当然必须适应网络时代的要求,顺应网络技术的发展,才能把握旅游饭店的发展方向,才具有国际竞争力,才能紧跟甚至超过国际饭店集团,乃至最终在国际市场中占有一席之地。为了寻求中国旅游饭店的快速发展,必须采用集团化经营、集成化管理、网络化营销、信息化决策等措施。

Abstract:Net technology creates a virtual society for people, in which many new modes of commerce, new terms of trade; new kinds of life and theories on management come into being. It is now changing the rules of competition of this society. What is more, it promotes the internationalization of trade,and make management boundless. As the basic industry of tourism, tourism hotels should accommodate the necessity of the net age, and the development of net technology. Only in this way, can they catch hold of the direction of the development of tourism hotels, have the ability for international competition , follow closely or even exceed those international hotel groups and finally get a place in the international market. For the rapid development of Chinese tourism hotels , effective measures should be taken to practise group-operation, group-management, net marketing, information deciding, and so on .
