| 摘 要： | 目的根据高职高专的人才培养模式,探讨一行之有效、可供参考的临床医学专生实践教学体系构建图.方法对初步建立的临床医学专业实践教学体系构建图进行阐述,从实践教学目标、实践教学内容、实践教学管理和实践教学保障四个方面展开分析.结果初步建立的临床医学专业实践教学体系构建图主要特点是：建立与职业岗位能力要求及执业助理医师技能考试要求相对接的实践教学内容;通过校院合作完善实践教学管理体制;聘请行业专家兼职教学及利用校外实践基地优化教学资源.构建图充分体现了“工学结合、校院合作”.结论构建的高职高专临床医学专业实践教学体系构建图,具有鲜明的高职高专特色,可行性较强,可为网类高职高专院校实践教学体系的构建提供参考.

| Abstract: | Abstract：Objective This paper aims to explore an effective clinical medicine according to the training model in higher construction diagram of reference about the practical training system of vocational colleges. Methods The paper explains the construction diagram preliminarily established about the practical training system of clinical medicine,and analyses it in the following four aspects among the practical training system,the objective, the content,the management and the guarantee.Result The main characters of the construction diagram preliminarily established about the practical training system of clinical medicine are the following three aspects. Firstly,the content in practical training adaptable to job requirements and professional skills as a physician assistant has been designed. Secondly,a management system in practical training in the cooperation between colleges and hospitals has been improved. Thirdly,industry experts have been employed as part-time teachers and practical training is conducted in the hospitals off the campus, the teaching resources can be optimized in this way. The construction diagram embodies fully the notion＂the combination of learning and working, the cooperation of colleges and hospital＂. Conclusion higher vocational colleges in constructing the practical training of higher vocational education. The construction diagram can provide a reference for the similar system,which has the strong feasibility and distinct characteristics |
