| 摘 要： | 新形势下，认真探索构建高校就业工作长效机制，是教育为现代化建设服务、建设人力资源强国的需要，也关系到高校持续、协调发展。南京理工大学在构建就业工作长效机制方面积极探索实践：一是认真建立校、院（系）两级为主的就业指导工作体制；二是提高学生综合素质，加强就业核心竞争力；三是形成符合时代主旋律的择业观；四是加强建立就业基地和搭建服务平台；五是树立学校发展与就业工作相互促进观。

| Abstract: | In the new situation, it is the demand of serving modernization by education and the demand of strengthening our country by human resources to explore the construction of persistent and effective mechanism for students＇ employment in universities, which is also concerned with the sustainable and harmonious development of the university. Nanjing University of Science and Technology explores the practice positively. Firstly, they established a two-level working system between the university and the college（department） ; Secondly, they improve the students＇ quality and colnpetitive ability ; Thirdly, they set up employment base and service platform ; and lastly, they establish the concept of cooperation between university development and employment. |
