| 摘 要： | 精是气之母，有精才有气。气是依托于精的。精是物质，因此，气是依托于物质的，是物质的活力。物质的活力是指对自组织系统达成自稳态(有存)有贡献的物质运动状态或构成成份。阴阳二气则是物质运动状态或构成成份对系统最佳有序状态的正负偏离，但这种偏离不超过破坏系统有序的阈值。

| Abstract: | According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine, essence is the mother of vital energy, without it,there will be no vital energy.In other words, vital energy is dependant on essence. Essence is a substance and so vital energy relies on substance, too.It is vigor that substance holds. Vigor refers to motion state or component of substance contributory to self-steady state(orderly) of self-organizing system. Both Yin and Yang are plus and minus deviations of motion state or component from optimum orderly state for self-organizing system. Such deviations, however, are not beyond threshod value destructive to the order of the system. |
