| 摘 要： | 通过对前人界定的我国体育概念分析,认为:我国的体育就是为更好地实现运动价值,而不断提高或展现运动水平的文化活动."为更好地实现运动价值,而不断提高或展现运动水平"则是体育的本质内涵,是体育手段发展的总体要求,也是体育发展的内在动力和机制,也是体育能够有独自研究对象而独立存在并能够成为科学的关键所在.体育是文化活动,是把思想、习惯、道德、智慧、意志、知识、技术等运动化,并使其通过不断提高和展现运动水平表达出来的一种文化活动.
