| 摘 要： | 将不考虑资金时间价值的多部门经济投入产出模型Ⅰ推广改进为考虑资金时间价值的多部门经济动态投入产出模型Ⅱ.模型Ⅱ的优点是最优指标函数反映的是总收入的现值,它可使决策者知道最佳效益值的现值.

| Abstract: | Regardless about the economic dynamic input-output model I in case of their time value and funds of various departments,we will put a reform of the model I into model II.The merit of model II is that the optimal indicator function can reflect the present value of general income,it can also make the policymaker know the optimal benefit. |
