摘    要:土木工程专业大学生创新能力的培养是本专业教育工作的重要组成部分,而目前我国的高等教育普遍存在着重视知识教育,忽视素质和创新意识培养的现象。基于此,华北水利水电大学土木与交通学院成立了大学生科技创新中心,以培养大学生的创新能力。文章分析了大学生科技创新对学生自身发展的有益作用,认为大学生科技创新可促进学生的创新能力、动手能力、团结协作精神和表达能力。介绍了对培养和提高大学生创新能力的一些思考和实践。从案例实施效果上看,通过相关培养,学生的能力有了较大的提高。

Abstract:The cultivation of innovative ability of college students in civil engineering is an important part of the professional education. At present, there is a widespread emphasis on knowledge education, neglect the quality and the cultivation of innovative consciousness in higher education in China. So, in order to develop students' in?novation ability, the college students' science and technology innovation center was founded in School of Civil Engineering and Communication, North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power. In this paper, the beneficial effect of college students' scientific and technological innovation on students' development is analy?sised. It is believed that students' scientific and technological innovation can promote the students' innovation ability, practical ability and the spirit of unity and cooperation. Also, some thoughts and practices on cultivating and improving students' innovation ability are introduced. From the effect of the implementation of the case, through the relevant training, the students have a greater ability of improvement.
