会话含义理论对听力理解的作用分析

摘    要:会话含义理论是语用学研究中的重要理论之一,它研究语言在特定语境下的言外之意、弦外之音。因而,它与语境密不可分,认知语境为我们理解会话含义提供了有力的工具。听力理解能力是大学英语考察的重要能力之一,会话含义理论可以帮助学生透过字面意义,理解会话的隐含意义,所以对提高大学英语听力理解能力有重要的指导作用。

Abstract:Conversational Implicature Theory is one of the important theories in pragmatics. It studies the implicature of language in specific context. Therefore, it is closely related with context. Cognitive context provides a useful tool to understand conversational impliature. Listening comprehension ability is one of the most important abilities for college English testing. Conversational implicature theory can help the students understand the implicative meaning through the literal meaning. Thus, it plays an instructive role to improve college English listening ability.
