| 摘 要： | 历史文化名城拥有得天独厚的城市高等资源,"文化亮大优势所在的观念,文化不只是城市的灵魂,在提高城市品位的同时还是一种产业,能不断增殖;文化竞争力是城市竞争力的本质与核心,城市建设与历史文化两者和谐互动才能有效地提升城市竞争力.本文针对现在历史文化名城发展中遇到的"文化兴市"理念还未与城市建设理念合拍以及其突出表现问题等,就怎样如何有效地提升城市竞争力、发展历史文化名城提出自己的看法和观点.
