| 摘 要： | 工程硕士教育的最终目标是为工矿企业培养合格的工程师。企业界对工程硕士教育的关心和参与是保证工程硕士教育质量的重要条件。本文从教育社会学的视角，着眼于工程硕士教育产生和存在的社会条件与环境，从文化传统和体制、政府、企业、学校等几个方面分析了我国企业界对工程硕士教育参与不足的原因，并提出健全机制的重要性。．

| Abstract: | The final goal of Master of Engineering education is to train qualified engineers for industrial and mining enterprises. The enterprise circles' concerning for and participating in master of engineering education is the important condition to guarantee the quality master of engineering education. Viewing from an educational sociology angle on master of engineering educations, this paper focuses on social condition and environment of master of engineering education. It analyses the reasons of the lack of participation on the part of enterprises from cultural tradition and system, government, enterprise, school and other some aspects in our country, and suggests a sound mechanism to improve this phenomenon. |
