| 摘 要： | 以文心兰、蝴蝶兰类原球茎薄切片为外植体,探讨了植物生长调节剂6-BA、Ad和NAA及其组合、蔗糖浓度及添加椰汁对类原球茎再生的影响.结果表明,特定浓度的3种植物生长调节剂的组合使用是PLBs高频发生的关键;培养基中添加椰汁能有效提高PLBs的诱导频率,培养基中高浓度蔗糖降低文心兰PLBs发生频率,但对蝴蝶兰没有影响;各处理诱导的PLBs在生长状况上差异不明显.适合两种兰花类原球茎薄切片高频诱导PLBs的固体培养基是1/2MS+4.0mg/L 6-BA+2.0mg/L Ad+1.0mg/L NAA+100～200ml/L椰汁+10～20g/L蔗糖+4.0g/L琼脂粉.
