| 摘 要： | 参与式师资培训与传统的师资培训各有优缺点，不能一概而论，但参与式师资培训较之传统的师资培训实现了培训理念，培训者和参与者角色，培训内容以及培训方式的转变。本文试图通过对这几大转变的阐释．提高对参与式师资培训的认识，用它的理念和方法改进以往传统的师资培训形式，使我们的培训工作更有成效。

| Abstract: | Both participatory teacher training with traditional teacher training have their own`saduantages and disadvantages Comparing with traditional teacher training,participatory teachertraining has many changes on the aspects of theories,part of participator,content of thaining and ways of training.This paper shows these changes,deepening understanding the participatory teacher training,improving the traditional teacher training on the facts of theories and ways,making teachertraining more effective. |
