| 摘 要： | 从保护白鹤梁题刻实例着手，分析地方高校图书馆在非物质文化遗产保护中的优势，从立档保存、价值研究、合理利用三个层面探讨地方高校图书馆对非物质文化遗产保护所采取的措施，包括对无形文化遗产的有形物化、挖掘非物质文化遗产的价值精髓、开展非物质物化资料的特色服务等。

| Abstract: | In view of the sample of protecting Baiheliang Epigraph, the paper analyzes the advantages of university libraries in the protection of intangible cultural heritages, and probes into regional university libraries’ measures from the points of archiving, studying value and reasonable utility including materializing those intangible cultural heritages, dredging up the value soul of them and unfolding characteristic service by the materialization of intangible cultural heritages. |
