对学前教育专业专科人才培养性质的理论思考

摘    要:国家和社会普遍要求学前教育专业师资至少提升至专科层次。对学前教育专业专科人才培养性质进行理论思考是构建整个培养理论与实践的逻辑起点。学前教育专业专科人才培养从其性质而言应当既是一种专业教育,又属于高等教育的范畴,应当同时体现专业教育与高等教育的要求,进行以专业道德为核心的专业素质与能力培养,并努力完成高等教育培养富有公民精神、能力与责任的高素质大学生的使命。

Abstract:At present more and more kindergartens require their teachers at least have assistant-bachelor degrees.The cultivation of such prospective teachers mainly in preschool normal colleges should not only be professional education but also be higher education.It means that students graduating from such colleges should be professional talents as well as good citizens.
