| 摘 要： | 本文在引入中国知识管理领域的第一个国家标准《知识管理框架》的基础上,结合知识转化SECI模型,设计调查问卷,对在校大学生进行问卷调查。从知识管理的视角分析现有网络自主学习中有关知识获取、知识存储、知识分享、知识运用的情境创设情况,提出了网络自主学习情境设计的四点建议:加强包含隐性知识的学习资源的建设;加强学习伙伴的稳定性,促进相互间的交流;注重隐性知识的积累与存储;提供学习过程的评价与反馈。
