| 摘 要： | 官僚职权世袭制1是西晋统治政治中的一种权力传递形式,指在位的高官死后,其后代或者是其他家庭成员可以继承其爵位和官职。官僚职权世袭制保障了封建管理队伍后继有人和不断扩大,源源不断地为统治集团输送预备官员。该制度贯穿西晋统治始终,对西晋当朝和后世的政治、文化均产生了深远影响。

| Abstract: | Hereditary System of Bureaucratic Authority is a kind of power transfer in the political domination in the Western Jin Dynasty, which refers to the fact that after the death of senior officials, their offspring or other family members can inherit the title and office. And this hereditary system ensured the successors and expansion of the management team and continuously conveyed preliminary officials for the ruling class. This system came all the way through the Western Jin Dynasty and had a profound impact on the politics and culture of the Western Jin dynasty and later on. |
