| 摘 要： | 通过对美国、法国、英国、澳大利亚、新西兰等国家高等教育评估的运行机制、评估机构分析,从评估标准的制定、评估标准的指标体系、评估专家的组成等方面提出了我国高等职业教育评估存在的问题。研究认为,高职教育评价指标体系,要由重过程评估转化为重结果评估,并突出学生和用人单位对学校办学水平的评价。要建立高职教育评估的中介机构;构建多样化的评估专家库;建立以效果评估为主的专业评估指标体系。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the appraisal organization and the appraisal operational mechanism of tertiary education in countries like USA,France,United Kingdom,Australia and New Zealand etc.,and through the setting up of the appraisal standard and the index system,and the makeup of appraisal experts,this article raised existing problems in our domestic tertiary vocational education appraisal.The conclusion of the study pointed out that the tertiary education appraisal index system should shift its focus from the process to the result of the appraisal.What's more,the appraisal on the expertise of the school from students and future employers of the students should be highlighted.Agencies to appraise tertiary vocational education should be set up and also a bank of various kinds of exporters for appraisal purpose.Professional appraisal index system should also be set up with a focus on the results. |
