| 摘 要： | 本文以虚拟企业生命周期为基础,具体分析了虚拟企业在酝酿期、组建期、运作期和解体期4个阶段的知识管理内容,提出了全生命周期的虚拟企业知识管理模式,并根据管理内容的不同为各个阶段的知识管理制定相应的管理策略。

| Abstract: | Based on the lifecycle of the virtual enterprise,this article analyzes the content of knowledge management of the virtual enterprise in 4 stages,that is,the gestation period,the construction period,the operation period and the disintegration period.Then the article puts forward the knowledge management model of the virtual enterprise in the full lifecycle,and formulates the relevant management strategies for each stage of knowledge management according to the different content of management. |
