基于改进前馈反馈控制的水厂浊度控制

摘    要:针对城市供水过程中,待滤水浊度控制过程的大惯性、大滞后和干扰多等特点,提出采用改进的带非线性补偿的前馈反馈控制算法。并将该种控制算法和传统PID反馈控制算法进行了仿真和实验比较.仿真和实验结果表明,所采用的算法能够及时克服扰动,具有良好的跟踪能力,确保了供水质量的稳定性.

Abstract:As to high inertia, large delay and disturbance of water turbidity control in city supply system, an improved feedforward/feedback control algorithm with nonlinear compensation has been proposed. The comparison of simulation and experiment between the algorithm and traditional PID feedback control algorithm has been done. The results of simulation and experiment show that the improved feedforward/feedback control algorithm can overcome disturbance in time and has a good tracking ability to ensure the stability of water quality.
