| 摘 要： | 工业反哺农业、城市支持农村，实现工业与农业、城市与农村协调发展，是带有普遍性的趋向。我国现在总体上已到了以工促农、以城带乡的发展阶段。文章通过一定的测算方法，着重分析了改革开放以来我国“剪刀差”的表现及影响，对于进入工业化中期的我国城乡统筹发展中缩小工农业产品“剪刀差”提出相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper is based on the price scissors of industrial and agricultural products.The industry should re-feed agriculture and cities support rural areas to bring about the coordinate development of industry and agriculture,urban and rural areas.Generally speaking,China is now in the stage of industry re-feeding agriculture and cities supporting rural areas.This paper will focus on analyzing the price scissors status quo and the impact of China's urban and rural coordinate development in the mid-term of industrialization,then gives its advice and policy recommendations. |
