| 摘 要： | 党的十八大提出了生态文明工程建设的重要性和紧迫性,强调把生态文明建设纳入现代化建设总体布局,并高度重视三峡库区的生态环境建设。渝东北作为生态涵养发展核心区,对三峡库区经济与生态文明和谐建设具有重要的战略地位。渝东北生态涵养发展离不开生态主体的支持,优秀的生态主体人格有助于消解人的异化以及人与自然的失衡,使生态发展体现出涵养特征。大力培育生态人格,践行渝东北涵养生态,为推动美丽库区做出重要贡献。

| Abstract: | The 18th National Congress of Communist Party of China stressed the importance and urgency of ecological civilization construction, emphasized the integration of ecological civilization construction into the overall modernization construction plan, and set great store by the importance of the ecological environment construction of Three Gorges Reservoir Area. As the core area of ecological conservation development, Chongqing northeast region plays an important role in the harmonious construction of economic and ecological civilization in Three Gorges Reservoir Area. The development of the ecological conservation of Chongqing northeast region cannot do without the support of ecological subject and excellent ecological personality contributes to eliminating human alienation and natural imbalance. Thus ecological development shows the characteristics of conservation. In order to beautify the Reservoir Area, ecological personality should be cultivated vigorously and the policy of ecological conservation of Chongqing northeast region needs to be implemented. |
