| Abstract: | In our country legality construction of education has begun to take shape,but imperfections exist in the institution of legal guarantee in effect,we should strengthen the system of educational legislation,strict educational administrative enforcement of law and strengthen judicial relief to put educational legislative action,administrative enforcement action and the right-to-education relief into legality coures,in other words the education must be legalized. |
