| Abstract: | Since 1999, the Modem Distance Education of China has officially launched. However, the research statistics about Learning Centers can only be dated back to 2004 which need to be updated urgently. Through the survey method, the article has done an in-depth research for the development of the Learning Centers, and by describing and analyzing their characteristics, this thesis provides some recommendations for their future. |
