| Abstract: | Judicial review is an important mechanism in the framework of WTO legal system. Entering into WTO,China's judicial review system must be in accordance with the requirement of WTO. Analysing the relations between judicial review and WTO,the author thinks the necessity of perfecting China's judicial review system. Then in face of the present situation of China's judicial review system, the author brings up some suggestions to perfect it. |
