| 摘 要： | 为了与当前基础教育课程改革相适应,高师必须加快教育理论课教学改革的步伐。从学生的学习观、教师的教改观、学校环境条件及社会环境条件四方面具体分析了当前我校教育理论课教学改革进程缓慢的缘由,提出了我校构建教育理论课教学改革动力系统的具体举措：优化教材体系、完善教师培养制度、培养学生的学习兴趣。
