| 摘 要： | 家校冲突在学校时有发生,对学校教育、教学工作带来了较大影响。随机选取了六盘水市四个区县的11所学校92名教师进行调查,分析家校冲突的特点,探寻家校冲突这一现象背后的深层原因,寻求解决的办法,最后提出了三点思考：家校关系背后传统教育向现代教育转轨过程中的观念、行为冲突;＂普九＂工作中《义务教育法》＂执法＂,混乱了教师角色,消解了学校权威和教师权威,混淆了家长认识,放大了学校责任,弱化了家长的责任意识;如果家校关系演化为类＂医患关系＂,对教育意味着什么？
