| 摘 要： | 民营企业建立契约制度，是历史发展的必然选择，是构建和谐社会的客观要求，是企业自身发展的需要。建立契约制度的前提，是建立信用体系，树立法制观念，重塑道德规范，细化规章制度。通过建立契约制度，可以实现生产要素的有效组合，使企业组织功能更好发挥，有利于建立有效的激励机制，有利于生产关系适合生产力的发展，有利于构建和谐社会。

| Abstract: | It is a necessity of historical development, building a harmonious society and enterprise development to establish a contract system for private enterprises. The precondition for establishing the contract system is to establish a credit-punishment system, form a legal idea, build moral norms and specify regulations and systems. To establish a contract system helps to materialize the effective grouping of productive factors, bring enterprise's organizational function into a fuller play, set up an effective encouraging mechanism, make a productive relation fit into the development of productive force and build up a harmonious society. |
