| Abstract: | The importance of effective classroom management in middle school is analyzed.It is pointed out that effective classroom management is helpful to create a good teaching environment,enable teachers to orga-nize teaching effectively as well as communicate with students smoothly and improve teaching efficiency.Some effective classroom management methods are clarified from the aspects of harmonious relationship between teachers and students,effective management strategy and teacher charming. |
