摘    要:高校教师的素质结构主要由认知系统、情感系统、操作系统3个方面组成,其中最能体现高校教师职业特点的是情感系统和操作系统,二是评价高校教师素质的重要尺度,也是21世纪高校教师素质结构重组的一项重要内容。

Abstract:The quality structure of teachers of Institutions of high learning is composed of cognitive system,emotional system and operational system,among which emotional and operational systems best represent the career characteristics of teachers of Institutions of high learning and serve as an important measurement to evaluate the quality of teachers of Institutions of high learning.The two systems are also important content of the quality structure of teachers in the 21 st century.
