| 摘 要： | 高校教师的素质结构主要由认知系统、情感系统、操作系统3个方面组成，其中最能体现高校教师职业特点的是情感系统和操作系统，二是评价高校教师素质的重要尺度，也是21世纪高校教师素质结构重组的一项重要内容。
