摘    要:腹部是人体极易储存脂肪的部位.男子储存在肚脐上部位,而女子则大多储存在肚脐四周或下腹部。腹部与腰部的肌肉萎缩会给脂肪储存以可乘之机,由于腹壁脂肪堆积对内部消化器官形成压力,从而小腹凸起难看。下腰部呈凹形,极大的影响身体的健康与健美的形体,但通过对腹部与腰部肌肉群的训练,可使身体健康、形体健美。

Abstract:Fat can easily be stored around the belly. Man' s fat can easily be stored upper the navel while woman' s is around the navel or under the navel. Muscular atrophy of the belly and the waist gives chances for fat to store. A convex belly and a concave waist are formed because of the accumulation of the belly fat and its pressure to the in side digestive organs so as to affect the health and fitness. You will be healthier and more vigorous by exercising muscle clusters around the belly.
