| 摘 要： | 英语新闻报道是为听众或观众提供新鲜的信息,是对最近发生的事情的报道。它们还具有以下的特点:词汇密度大,实词和词汇总数的比例在60%左右;词汇量大,在1万左右;语速较快,在每分钟160左右。此外,还在词汇、句法、语音语调等方面具有鲜明的特点。

| Abstract: | English News Reports cover the latest events and provides audiences with fresh information.They are characterized by such features: Great word density which the number of lexical words divided by the number of total words is around 60%;Large vocabulary which is around 15,000;Fast speed which is normally at 130/min.In addition to these,they have defining features in terms of word usage,sentence construction and pronunciation and intonation. |
