| 摘 要： | 清末新政时期。贡桑诺尔布等一批觉醒的蒙古王公接受新化新思想,在蒙古地区实行了一系列的革新活动,提出因地耕牧以筹生计、筹设公司以兴实业、速修铁路自主经营的积极主张。其基本宗旨就是以兴办实业来振兴蒙旗经济。

| Abstract: | During the new-policy period at the end of Qing dynasty,a group of Mongolian nobles such as gonsennorbu accepted new culture and new thinking and they began to carry out a series of reformation in Mongolian area.They put forward an ancive advocation"To live by farming and herding in proper places,to set up componies to develop enterpinses and to have a self-management by rapid-railway building".It's theme was to develop enterprises to make Mongolian economy properoas. |
