| Abstract: | The interior factors for the growth of middle school teachers have been anglicized on the basis of dialectical materialism.These factor include morality,academic achievement,and the competence to deal with public relations.Morality is the root of the growing of middle school teachers;academic achievement is the base and psychological quality is the key of the growing. |
