摘    要:中学教师的成长发展内因主要有思想道德素质、业务素质、心理素质、处理人际关系能力。思想道德素质是其成长的根本,业务素质是其成长的基础,心理素质是其成长的关键,人际关系协调是其成长的条件。

Abstract:The interior factors for the growth of middle school teachers have been anglicized on the basis of dialectical materialism.These factor include morality,academic achievement,and the competence to deal with public relations.Morality is the root of the growing of middle school teachers;academic achievement is the base and psychological quality is the key of the growing.
