对运动大鼠溶血红细胞主要性能的研究

摘    要:通过对大负荷运动后溶血造成的血红蛋白下降组大鼠(血浆触珠蛋白显著下降而游离血红蛋白浓度显著上升,血红蛋白显著下降)和正常对照组大鼠红细胞内ATP含量、红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶活力、红细胞积分指数IDI值等指标的测定,比较研究了两组大鼠红细胞的能量代谢能力、抗氧自由基能力,综合变形能力等主要性能,同时分别比较了其他指标如血糖浓度、血浆超氧化物歧化酶活力、取向指数OI值等。结果表明:运动性溶血组大鼠三大主要性能均有降低;溶血组大鼠血糖浓度没有显著变化,推断其红细胞分解葡萄糖制造ATP的功能下降,红细胞内SOD活力及血液总SOD活力均有下降,前者降低更为明显;取向指数降低,推断红细胞综合变形能力下降可能与红细胞形态的完整性降低有关。

Abstract:Through measuring the content of ATP in erythrocyte(Ery-ATP),super oxide dismutase vigor in erythrocyte(Ery-SOD) and integral exponential index(IDI%)of erythrocyte of two groups mice,one group of mice whose hypochromia were caused by hemolysis after overload exercise(plasma haemotropic proteins(Hp) and HB decline remarkably,while the concentration of free hemoglobin(FHB)rise evidently),while another is normal control group,this paper comparatively studied energy metabolizing ability,anti-oxidation ability,integrated deformation ability of erythrocyte of the two groups.At the same time,the paper compares some other indexes such as consistence of blood sugar,SOD in plasma,Orientation index(OI) and so on.The result:sports hemolysis group's three main capabilities all decline;the consistence of blood sugar hemolysis group has no notable change,deducing that the function of decomposing glucose and producing ATP in erythrocyte declined.SOD vigor in erythrocyte and total SOD vigor in blood all descend,the former declines more remarkably;OI descends,so it can be inferred that integrated deformation ability's falling might be related to the falling of the integrality of erythrocyte.
