| 摘 要： | 县级公共图书馆需要一支与现代图书馆发展需求相适应的人员队伍,而人才匮乏、从业人员短缺是其不容回避的现实。通过在本馆的实践,创建志愿者队伍被证实是摆脱困境的一条行之有效的对策,笔者对如何创建图书馆自愿者队伍提出了自己的见解。

| Abstract: | County public libraries need the staff adapting to the development of modern library.However,the shortage of both specialized members and enough librarians can not be avoided in reality.Through the practice in my library,it has been confirmed that it is an effective countermeasure to get rid of the the difficulties by creating volunteer teams.The author puts forward views on how to creat a library volunteer team. |
