| 摘 要： | 远程教育的发展给我国现行的著作权合理使用制度提出了众多的疑问,本文剖析了合理使用制度对远程教育发展的制约,提出必须要改革我国现行的合理使用制度,有条件地扩大合理使用的范围,以促进远程教育的发展。
