| 摘 要： | 在中国体育进入全面建设体育强国的重要时期和面对今后体育发展形势任务的机遇和挑战,《体育法》的修改必须进行宏观整体的理性思考,把握好所涉的总体思路和基本方向。分析《体育法》存在的主要问题和迫切需要修改的必要性,提出以现行法为基础的整体修订策略,对进一步整合与均衡体育利益和凸现体育权利保护、拓宽国际视野和融入现代法治理念、提升技术质量和加大实施适用力度等修法要求进行了阐述。
