| Abstract: | The cadres in colleges are the organizers and executors to construct harmonious campuses. It is an essential guaranty to enhance cadre construction for the construction of harmonious campuses. The cadres in colleges should try to deal with the relations between the Party and the Executive, between departments, the chief and the deputy, higher and lower authorities, the cadres and the masses. Maintaining and improving democratic centralism is the key to construct harmonious cadres. |
