| 摘 要： | 在借鉴国内外普通高校国防教育工作先进经验的基础上,构建一种适合我国师范类普通高校国防教育的新模式.主要包含以下九个方面:一是要把国防教育工作纳入学校教学工作轨道;二是要建立职责明确的国防教育管理机构;三是要建立起科学、系统的军事课课程体系;四是要加强国防教育师资队伍建设;五是要健全和完善国防教育保障体系;六是要建立国防教育监督管理机制;七是要加强国防教育学术研究;八是要加强师范类普通高校军事课教材建设;九是要在师范类普通高校建设国防教育学试点专业.
