| 摘 要： | 马克思和黑格尔作为人类历史上伟大的思想家，在探索人类社会实现民主法治的问题上提出了不同的观点，为人类社会实行法治提供了理论渊源。由于黑格尔站在唯心主义的立场上提出其理论，因此马克思运用历史唯物主义的方法对其进行了批判，并在此基础上逐步形成了自己系统的民主法治理论，而这一理论对今天中国社会的民主法治建设具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | As the greatest thinkers in the human history, Marx and Hegel put forward different viewpoints on the explora- tions of the way the human society realizes the democracy and nomocracy, and these ideas provide theoretical origins to the no- moeracy of the human society. As Hegel carried out his theory on the basis of the idealism, Marx brings forward his criticism to it on the basis of the historical materialism and based on this criticism forms his own systematic democracy and nomocracy theo- ries, which has great instructive significance to the current democracy and nomocracy construction in China. |
