| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的迅速发展,现代灾害的负面影响也越来越严重,借助卫星、遥感技术对现代灾害进行动态实时监测、普查,同时加强发展现代灾害理论体系建设和成因机制研究,以及实现人与自然和谐发展,是防灾减灾,实现可持续发展的关键.
