| 摘 要： | 2011年,江苏省高职院校试行注册入学,这是高等教育大众化的内在需要,也是教育规划纲要提出的改革措施,其对扩大高职院校招生自主权,缓解高职院校生源危机,促进高职院校转变发展战略,赋予学生入学选择权以及推动教育回归其本质功能,具有重要现实意义.但在实践中,注册入学还面临社会各界存有疑虑,招生存在不正当竞争,注册入学方案不够完善等问题,影响注册入学实施效果,只有实施相应的解决对策,才能保障注册入学制度改革稳步推进.

| Abstract: | The trial implementation of registration enrollment in higher vocational colleges in 2011 is the inner needs of higher education popularization as well as the reform measures proposed in the "Education Planning Outline",and it is of great practical significance in expanding enrollment autonomy,easing enrollment crisis of higher vocational schools,pro moting higher vocational schools to change their development strategies,giving students the right to choose and promoting education return to its essential function.However,there exist some problems in registration enrollment such as the com munities misgiving,illicit competition in recruiting students,imperfect registration enrollment scheme,which impairs the im plementation effects of registration enrollment experiments.Therefore,corresponding countermeasures must be adopted to guarantee the steady promotion of the registration enrollment system reform. |
