| 摘 要： | 目前,我国农民工培训出现"有效供给不足"和"需求不旺"并存的现象.从农民工培训供给的角度,探讨"富平模式",即"民办公助"的培训--就业--权益保障一体化的农民工培训就业新模式,论述此模式在农民工培训领域中的作用,并运用经济学、政治学和社会学的相关理论,阐述非营利组织在提供农民工培训中的独特作用和意义.
