| 摘 要： | 政治文明是人类政治发展过程中的不变追求，它可以带来国家的兴旺、民族的繁荣和人类的和平。法治是政治文明的本质体现和根本保障。现代法治不仅展示了政治文明发展的价值追求，更是我国政治文明建设的优选途径。我们必须吸收和借鉴人类政治文明发展的有益经验，以政治民主为核心，以政治法治为外围框架，结合中国的政治现实，推进具有中国特色的社会主义政治文明进程。

| Abstract: | political civilization is an important part of human civilization,it can bring about the prosperity of a country and a nation,and the peace of mankind.Rule of law is not only a prominent symbol and basic reflection,but also the significant safeguard of political civilization.The modern rule of law reveals the pursuit of value,and is an optimum way of our political civilization.The author advocates that our political civilization construction should center on political democracy and form outer framework with politics ruled by law.We must made efforts from the following aspects: Reforming and perfecting the patterns of the party's leadership and its being in power;Engaging in the innovations of system;strengthening the construction of ruling by law;constructing reasonable political cultures. |
