| 摘 要： | 本提出在供应链管理中应该应用战略管理的思想，以提高供应链对环境的适应与对策能力。主要应用方法有：供应链构建必须符合核心企业战略的要求，企业应制定供应链发展战略，核心企业要确定供应链的使命，小企业加入供应链的选择战略，确定供应链的目标，无核心企业的产业供应链战略，供应链品牌战略和供应链的技术战略等。

| Abstract: | This thesis discussed the using of strategic management in supply chain (SC), so as to help the SC to adapt surroundings. The main methods are: the construction of SC should according to the strategy of core enterprise; enterprises should constitute their strategy of SC; the core enterprise should confirm the SC mission; the strategy of middle-small enterprises on a SC; and some technology strategy. |
