| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作的内容大致可分为政治教育和思想工作两大部分.只要是党的干部,都有做政治思想工作的责任与义务,所不同的只是分工的不同和工作的侧重点不同;领导干部、专职的思想政治工作干部以及业务干部和一般干部,对做思想政治工作都有责无旁贷的职责.思想政治工作的主要对象是广大人民群众,所以,思想政治工作就应该以广大人民群众的满意程度为主要评价标准.

| Abstract: | The ideological and political work can be divided into two parts- political education and ideological work. Any Party officials have the duty and the responsibility to do ideological and political work and the only difference is that officials at different levels have the different emphasis. Everybody is duty-bound to do ideological and political work. The main target of the work is the broad masses, so the criterion to judge the work is to see if the masses are satisfied with it. |
